Be careful with the front part! This T-series has some fit issues around the bonnet. A different mounting order helps to solve it (you may have a look at my builds).

Oh, the mold for the tires was in heavy use for every of the T-model 😠 On my early kits there was nearly no flash!
I would try to remove it with a new and very sharp razor blade. You can open a new one of this modern multi-blade things. That plastic around them can be removed easily, but be careful!
Work slowly to not cut into the tires.
