Almost forgot I missed a piece at the front. This project will go on hold again until I get the seats, then I will have ...

Glad to have you on board 🙂
The project will be a bit stop start but I'm looking forward to trying something a little more challenging than my usual builds.

Regarding the exhaust. I've seen people use plumbers solder, for stuff like that. It's easy to manipulate and you can also drill the end, to make it realistic? It's probably too late now, but that tip may come in handy in the future? Nice work so far, buddy 🙂

Oh that's a great idea Bozzer. I think I will leave it as is for this project but if I do something similar in the future I will try it.

I have seen used for various, model plumbing, solutions. Turbo pipes, air pipes, etc. It works very well and with primer, paints perfectly. Glad to be of help guys, and remember, the best solutions are right there, in your house 😉

I just gotta follow this. Started working on the same kit but will turn it into a wagon (245). The exhaust system is one of the nightmares for me. Will check out the idea from Bozzer

Nice, I shall keep an eye on your project too. My final conclusion was the number of people going to look underneath this model is small and so is the number of people who know what the exhaust system is supposed to look like and the intersection of those two groups is even smaller. So as long as it looks plausible then it should be fine 🙂

Your right about people looking underneath the model, but I'm literally a neighbour to Sweden 😬 small town but nowhere else in Norway do they sell as many Volvo as here. I've got a resin print of a Volvo engine and showed pictures to my nephew. Two minutes after sending pictures of a couple of pieces he answered "Doesn't this look like part of an Amazon engine?" 🤣

Ha, on the bright side it sounds like you should be able to get help finding out the details. I ended up just repeatedly watching the same video clip of this car for the few seconds you get to see underneath it 😄
