Good start, I'm keeping my eye on this build!

Not a fire engine?
I'm gonna have to guess, that the Fire Chief, has got a cool car?
Either way, I'm sticking around, because you've done an awesome job with that engine, and I know your work. This is going to be epic (no pressure 😉 )

I'm sorry to disappoint you guys, but this will be a normal Mustang in dark gray, with black rally stripes. But the fire battalion or in German called Komandowagen is a good idea, I saw a firefighter Mustang on a firefighter fair. Maybe next time 😉

Be careful with the exhausts. It can be tricky to align the underbody part with the engine part. Dry fit till your sick of it 😉

Looking good! Yours came with lots more decals than mine. Are you going to attempt the racing stripe decals or go with tape and paint?

Anything Shelby is cool. I once had a Tshirt with the logo "I thought Carrol was a girl's name".

Nice job buddy.
I gotta admit, I was expecting something fire related, but I guess that's the beauty of Scalemates?
You can do whatever you want!
I've got a nice high rise cab, slowly drying, that I think you might like?
This one came through for you though. Those washes really brought out the details. The dashboard looks great. I'm curious to know if those are decals on the body though, just like Peter?

Thank you very much Bozzer!
The stripes on the body were painted black, then masked and after that the grey color was applied.
And surely I will take a look at your cab 🙂
