Well... in the u.s. they might be. But that's thanks to the importers. If you order from a European dealer or directly from Ukraine, it's a different game all together.

Thats true, I hve gotten a lot of deals on kits, especially accessory sets out of Ukraine, UK, and other counties because prices are so high in the states. Also because a lot of items cant be found at all here.
