Anyone else had issues with the decals on this kit? I’ve found them to be very fiddly and the grease, wrinkle and break incredibly easily. I’ve tried twice now, after ordering a replacement set from ICM, still have problems. Rarely had this problem before. Im really frustrated and considering scrapping the kit if I can’t find a solution.

In light of the current situation in Ukraine and the sanctions made against Russia should we not consider removing Russian modellers from this site if they make aggressive, false, trolling propaganda in favour of the illegal invasion?

Saying that Ghost of Kyiv is not "real" = not politics, absolutely not trolling. It is simply a fact. Please don't turn that statement into a discussion of pro-{{country}} or anti-{{country}}

Stating that is it not "real" in the end perfectly fine. And does not mean you are pro/anti

Keep bringing this up and up and up ... is basically introducing politics, introducing reactions from trolls and in my view trolling!

This is a symbol. An idea. A pure representation of fight of the weak against the mighty. David against Golia or whatever it was. After that symbol, a nation is suffering, dying, losing relatives, homes, land and freedom. Also if it is a fake, Ghost of Kyiv is existing in every ukrainian fighting each day for his life. Slava Ukraine.

Of course there is no problem for anyone to build the Mig-29 "Ghost of Kiev". We are just commenting that it is just a myth..The same I would say if there was a Russian ghost .

I think we all know it’s not accurate. Personally I’d rather build a model on truth. But as long as you know “The Ghost” is just that, a ghost, why not have some “fun” with it? And if making the model puts some money in the hands of some Ukrainian model makers and helps the country, all the better!
