Personal Interest: The BSA-X’s Side Looking Airborne Radar (SLAR) directly led to the development of the E-8 JSTARS. I was providing direct support to the JSTARS program in 1996 when the Air Force revealed the Tacit Blue program that developed and tested the BSA-X. This unique aircraft furthered my lifelong interest in the intersection of innovation and air combat.

Model Specifications: This model represents the single BSA-X aircraft that was produced, in its simple overall gray paint scheme.
