Opening auxiliary air doors, blanking out void in nose wheel well.

Got the EXCELLENT AK3D landing gear today in mail - WOW! These are LOVELY. Hope the pictures do them justice. Much better than pictures on Etsy.com showed. (2nd generation set maybe?) Worth the short wait. I recommend
them!

Will use PJ Production pilot(s)to get proper pose for driver. Beautifully molded figures.

Pavla seat is very good, only had to grind off the belts to get the pilot seated correctly.

This is gonna be fun......

Got the idea when I last read Red Storm Rising, wanted to depict the launch of the ill fated recce trying to find the Soviet fleet "The Norwegians sent their last RF - 5 in to look , and it disappeared . ... "

Looks promising Casey! Interesting story too. But you shouldn't have opened the aux doors, only the CF-5A/B and NF-5A/B had them. The Norwegians had plain F-5s..
