The mission here was to take what is essentially a small, white box with a propeller on the back, and turn it into something interesting. A bit of paint chipping and some oil staining were added to that effect. A fun little kit to build.

Awesome job! (doesn't it look like something that suits AT-AT Walker? 😄 😄 : D - IMHO it could appear in "Star Wars" movie with Empire stormtroopers aboard...)

Great job, very well done!
But there is a mistake, most of the construction consisted of wood and plywood.
And only the front part was made of 10mm armor steel.

I agree Robert, It looks very much like something out of a Star Wars movie. I think Doug Chiang and Ralph McQuarrie lifted quite a few things from WW2 armour etc. Certainly the front of the Aerosan looks like the front of an AT-ST. Maybe I shoulda chucked some Stormtroopers in there......

THANKS Denis. D'OH! I had no idea. I confess I didn't do any research on the subject 😊I think now I will have to build another one, and this time flesh out some more accurate weathering. Thank you for the feedback, it's appreciated 🙏
