Me 2, very curious what is this marker&sponge technique?

Thanks guys! @ Lukasz : I transfer some white paint from the marker tip to the sponge and randomly leave some marks on the surface, trying to have an effect like using inks on top of the paint in the last stages. I am testing some new (to me ) techniques to achieve same results of more time and labour consuming one, in a quicker and simpler way... we will see next if I will be successful...
