Although a little delayed - final pictures!

@Michael Kohl The kit is good (at least compared to other resin kits I´ve worked with), removing the casting marks from the traditional resin parts was doable and the supports on the 3D printed parts were also properly done. Print quality was good although some fine layers ar visible though those will likely be covered by a primer layer. Overall details are well done though I found a couple of inaccuracies when compared with my references on the prototype but it seems the model was made after a configuration seen in a storage yard. For example there are sensors represented at the lower rear turret that do not appear there on the more commonly depicted variant of the vehicle (instead they are on top as I added them) but it should be correct for the final variant of the vehicle. Also the tracks lack rubber pads as visible on the pictures of the real vehicles but that is a minor gripe. The sensors on top of the bustle were missing from my kit although noted in the instructions - hence I scratchbuilt them.

Made some final pictures at last... the model already was at display on a show in November 🙂

There's a guy on here that said his own 1/72 work was 120% perfect. I think yours is better, but don't know how to quantify something physical to be more than 100.

Did you use an acrylic matt clear varnish? I'm looking for one that is actually matt and not semi-matt.

Really appreciate your positive responses on this one! Thank you guys 👍
@Andy Dallibar: 120% does seem a pretty optimistic... To be honest I do not know if anyone can reach "100%" even for themself. I personally have a point in a project where I can see that I am "roughly there" (all the basics I had in mind are there) - from there on it is just tweaking and further refining to get it to a point I´m happy to finish with.
@Skyhiker: I did indeed use a matte coat after painting the main colors and doing some oil-based filtering, but before adding final effects as such as pinwashes. I like using the varnishes from VMS and tend to sometimes mix their matte and satin varnishes. They take some getting used to (apply them "wet" with somewhat higher pressure on the airbrush) but the results are great.
