Hi Gary, I dont think I'd have the heart to sell such wonderfull work. How do you even put a price on the hours and hours of detailed work you put into this. 🙂

Hi Mr James,i sold this for £200 ,i know what you mean,but need the money to by buy more models and paints.I try to get my money back plus £100-120 on top.You are right it is hard to put a real price on all your hard work.

Thanks Gary and congratulations on the sale. I too use to sell pieces, primarily ships, but I never got involved in shipping. The thought of packing up a 1/350 Aircraft Carrier or Battleship was daunting, besides the obvious risk of severe damage. I calculated my price depending on how far the client wanted to go with details and PE. Usually I came out ahead if I charged between $20 to $25 per hour. Keep in mind that was 20 years ago so if I were to do it again my prices would be increased due to inflation.
