Rudy Poseika AuthorGetting back to build after 2 weeks. Assembly almost complete and priming is next step. Fit was not too bad but the panel lines were did quite align in some locations. Needed some sanding and re scoring. Maybe that's the Italeri kit. Not bad kit in general.

Rudy Poseika AuthorNormally for camo - on the upper surface I would paint all one colour and then mask for the second colour. I am trying something different this time - only paint the colour where the colour goes..?

Rudy Poseika AuthorShe's done. Fit was good. What I would have done different. 1. Air brush over the German cross decals instead of hand brush paint. I redid it a few times. You can still see the hint but not as subtle as if I air brushed in diluted layers. 2. I use the toothpick approach to paint the canopy - I should have masked and air brushed. There will be other Stukas...
