The instructions say to paint the cockpit FS36241. This may be accurate, but the colour of the Quinta's 3D printed parts is different. So I mixed the same colour and repainted the whole thing.
The difference in colour is very small and the cockpit is much more consistent.
The HUD display is just a simple piece of plastic, not very detailed. I scratchbuilt a new one out of styrene and transfer film.

Building such small scratch holders requires steady hands.
When I try to do something like this, the parts always disappear with al *pling* into nowhere... 😄

Hi Mike! Very nice build so far. Sadly, you encountered the same gaps between the upper and lower fuselage parts judging by the amount of filler… πŸ˜” Still, an assurance it's not my ham fisted way of building this kit though. πŸ˜…
