Thank you for all attention and comments. Welcome to the build!
The Saab B-18 is not the most common kit available only in resin or vacu if you what to go for a 1/72. There is 1/48 kit from PilotReplicas to be released sometime. We hope soon!

Thanks Michael, Cuajete & Mark for your interest.
The kits are coming along quite good. Decent fitting so far, some filler and sanding work. B-18B version is the first runner up of the two kits.

Thanks Cuajete! All glass parts in place now, some rescribing and then primer.

Thanks Cuajete, Mark, Lukasz & Finn for your interest and kind comments.
@Łukasz - yes, the build is going forward in a steady state. The major paint job is now completed going for the detailing.
This resin kit is quite good, decent fit and mould quality.

It's one of these models where you go slowly and steady and with patience and perseverance, you'll end of with a unique model.
Great progress so far!

Thanks everyone for your comments.
@Guido - you are absolutely right regarding this build. I have many times considered to try how this plane's aerodynamics are..😂

I had a similar experience a couple of years ago while building the Classic Airframes Canberra T.17 (there are 2 albums on my profile)
English Electric Canberra T.17 | Project by guido.pm (1:48)
But compared to yours, that was a walk in the park... 😄
Keep going!

@Guido - you did a great job with the Canberra.👍🏻
Every project poses challenges, always rewarding when you push through and ends up with a great build.

Thank Cuajete!
Had to take decals from my stash as the ones from the kit didn't work.

Slight progress on the landing gears. Unfortunately the sacrifice to the PE monster was quite severe this time and I need to come up with a plan B on the detailing…😬

Thanks mates! Waiting for some parts now in order for the final push.😊

Declare this one done! Happy with the build. Decent resin kit, landing gears was a real pain with all PE details…

Thanks everyone for your comments, appreciated!!!
Still have the A version kit with radial engines left to build… 😅

Thanks gorby & Neuling! It turned out good, nevertheless I have never before broken off so many PE parts as in this build🙈😅

Thanks Łukasz for kind comments!
It was a fun build, but the landing gear structure with white metal, PE and resin parts almost killed my mojo…😬😅

Beautiful model. I'd love to have one of these. The effort was well worth it. Great job! 👍
I'm looking forward to seeing this one along with the radial engine version.
Congrats!
