Weights added to the nose. Internal part where cockpit will go sprayed Vallejo Model Air intermediate blue. Engine intake internals painted Vallejo Model Air Insignia white. 🙂

@Rolf Rolf, Thanks for the kind comment. The kit is quite complex with a lot of parts and, as with some of the newer Airfix kits you have to be accurate as the fit is very tight. Other than that, so far, so good! 👍

The camouflage, nose and tail planes now done in Hataka BS Dark Green & BS Dark Sea Grey, Vallejo Model Air NATO Black, Gun Metal, Silver and Aluminium. 🙂 Next will be varnishing and decals. 🙂

I thought my Harrier had alot but this takes the biscuit, l quite enjoy doing decals myself.
Looks good for it now... brings the model to life.

Undercarriage, weapons, canopy etc all added, a wash was used, especially on the top. I now think this can be regarded as completed.

The aircraft denoted is one from 43 Sqn RAF at RAF Leuchars in 1974. 🙂
