Thanks. Painting a gasmask is remarkably more easy than a face...
Btw, the barbed wire was remarkably tangly and quite 🩹 in this scale, like the real thing.

This is FANTASTIC!! So well made. I love the less well known, quirky tanks like this. I think I'm gonna buy the kit after seeing your work. And that British Tommy in the gas mask is so ominous. Really stellar work!

Holy Moly good gosh thats incredibly detailed, I really love the figure and his paint work. He looks real. The tank is top shelf too. Great job Bud 🙂

Thx. A WW1 soldier in gas mask is a haunting iconic image for me as well.

Actually, this "diorama" still needs some work. I built it without any planning, more as a basic study to see if I was able to make a very very simple "plausible" scenery.
It feels empty and flat to my taste. There should be a dead tree, a crater, battle field debree. It lacks a story, the blank wooden sides still need some dark brown wood varnish and if I could I would reposition the barbed wire. The Whippet also needs a bit more weathering and should have been pressed more into the surface. It's riding over the dirt more or less hovering, not in it. The photography could be better too.

I think you're being too hard on yourself but i suspect it's perfectionists like yourself who make the best modellers! I'd be more than happy to produce something half as well made. But then again, im not very good. Yet 🙂
