All in all, it was a pleasure to build both kits. The quality of both kits are on same level.
To the differnces: the obvious ones are - the Ede-kit is more detaillied, and of course the angle of gear struts as you recognized.
A little more subtile is the difference in shape of fuselage. The front of FM is a little more slim than Ede and the aft is a little thicker than Ede.
I think regards to this differences, the Ede-Kit is little more realistic.
