1/48 Italaeri/Testors P-51D Mustang Restore

Picked up this kit at the NAF Atsugi, Japan 'General Store' when it closed for $5. I was thinking it was a typical ESCI/Italeri boxing. Had no idea at the time it was a reissue of the old Hawk kit. It did give me some airbrush & panel line practice, along with making some almost-decent looking pilot harness straps. Got busted up pretty good during the July 2019 earthquakes here in the Upper Mojave Desert. Finally got around to trying to get it back together, although I kinda did a rushed job on it. I did loose a few bits but I stole - I mean, borrowed, some pieces from another open Testors kit that I have resin parts for.
