Picked this kit up during a 40% off sale and thought it would be a good kit to practice some new techniques on. If the opportunity presents itself I plan to learn about and try the following techniques that are new to me:
Sprue goo
The "hairspray" method during the weathering stage
Oil paints for panel lines and weathering
Scribing panel lines
Rivet tool and creating raised rivets
Airbrush stippling on panels
Airbrush panel line outlines on the base layer
Polystyrene rods and sheet material
Epoxy putty
