This would be my second car and it turned out alright, I hope.
Initially I planned to build a custom wing but that idea didn't fly so instead I kept the one that came with the kit and built it OOB.
In the end I even screwed up the finish when I got a bit of super glue on my fingers when I attached the rear part of the body... 🙁

The gloss coat didn't came out as smooth as I hoped but I also didn't feel like doing a lot of polishing either. But I think it looks not bad from a certain distance. 😄

The blue paint was a mix of Tamiya Light Blue, Blue, a bit of White and Sky Blue.

A little gift I printed and painted for a friend.

I have been working a lot on 3d printed figures and minis lately, while the plastic model stash kept growing in the meantime.
But the itch for plastic model kits is slowly growing stronger.

Here I could work on something rather bright and colourful. I hope to improve my brush painting skills over time with these.
It's still rather sloppy, though.

This was quite a fun project but I am not really happy with the photos and have to take a few new ones. I am currently struggling with my lighting a bit,

The Tiberium blossom tree was sculpted with epoxy putty and I used resin crystals for the Tiberium, some of them are flourescent.

Thanks Rui. Quite happy with how it turned out.
How I wish there was a kit for the Rocket Fighter from that show. I tried building one myself but I guess I wasn't reay back then. I wish to try myself again at some point.
But there are so many others things to do, I do not know if I will even try it again.

Thank you Ben. It was printed in clear resin. I mainly used Tamiya Acrylics: Clear Blue and Clear Green. I don't remember the whole process but where the water is supposed to look deeper I used many layers of paint.

Where the water splashes around her I used fewer layers of Clear Blue. After that I added some layers of Clear Green here and there to give it some variety.
