Savoia Marchetti SM.73 ČSA
Scratchbuild

Since there is no 1/48 scale model of the Savoia Marcheti SM.73 aircraft, I will be building the model from scratch. I would like to build this elegant three-engine transport aircraft in the colors of Czechoslovak Airlines. I will be making most of the parts from scratch. I will use a few small parts from the SM.79 kit in 1:48 scale from SMĚR, which will first be modified accordingly. I plan to use proven materials – paper and wood – to make the new fuselage, wings, and tail surfaces.
