J 28C Vampire Trainer - Airfix

In the Swedish Air Force, the two seater Vampires were called J 28C (strangely enough not SK 28), and were used for pilot training in the Swedish Air Force.

The Airfix kit is a rather easy one, but looks nice and crisp enough, and should be possible to build into a neat and attractive tiny replica. The main difference between the kit and the real thing is that the provided ejection seats need to be replaced with simple bakelite seats as no Swedish Vampires had ejection seats.
