What is that inscription on the side?

I found some pictures of "booby-trapped" T-72. Try searching Т-72Б3 "Замінірований". I did a bad painting job so the letters are hard to read. I plan to build another one of this kit.

The model feels as if it was designed by two different people. Some details are simplified, which is understandable for a 1:72 scale kit. However, other features—especially those in less visible areas—require the use of the provided photo-etched parts, with no option for injection-molded substitutes. In addition, several of the PE parts present a real challenge to a modeler's skill.
