Love Aircraft modelling mainly from jet age, Naval Aviation ,Airliners, Submarines, Amour, Le Mans race cars Group C Prototypes in particular, just getting back into the game after 18 odd years
Spent a greater part of my life in the Australian Military, joined in 1975 Engineer Reserves, then a year later joined the Regular Army and went onto Tanks and APC's {Centurions and Leopard 1AS4 MBT's} then serving with the Australian SAS Regiment till 2000. Was medically discharged. A bit wrecked I am {actually really smashed up}.
I love US Naval and any Naval Aviation really but jet age onward and Jet plane Prototypes.
I have just started selling my large collection of kits and starting again ..would not ever have built them and where to put them?
Le Mans prototype race cars and Sport-cars now figure in my modelling which I have been out of for about 16 to 18 years.
I will build Armour mainly of the ones I drove/crewed and includes many NATO and CHICOM /Russian stuff I got to use.
I am now re learning all about the new bloody glues /paints and etch/metal bits etc, but enjoying it. I WILL ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS...never be afraid to ask a question I was taught in the Army
