Sunseeker Predator 108, Revell 05145

This model is definitely something out of the ordinary. A large and luxurious motor yacht in such an "aviation" 72-scale is quite unusual. Small ships have been built in this scale before, but they were usually either patrol boats, torpedo boats, or rescue vessels. With the Predator 108, the modeler can build a truly large (44.4 cm), very interesting and beautiful model that will look great in any interior, not just on a model shelf. Revell model includes main deck interior with a bridge, lower decks are empty. It could be better if there would be some transparent parts to make windows in the hull, because they are showed only with recesses. The real Sunseeker Predator also has a hot tub on main deck, but Revell molded its doors closed. Also the prototype has a garage in back part, so lot of things could be done to upgrade this great model and to make it even better. I made small improvements to the interior in mine example and printed custom decal to name my Predator 108 Alice in memory of my beloved cat who passed away.
