Bleriot XI, Luch chemical plant (Frog F173)

Scale:
1:72
Status:
Completed
Started:
September 7, 2025

The model of Bleriot XI developed by British Frog was quite common in Soviet Union. My father made this model but it didn't survived until I was born. When I saw this model on Ukrainian market place for very little money somewhere near five years ago I bought it. Plastic bag even contained a jar with dried soviet glue. I would say that I liked soviet-british Bleriot XI, despite the fact that experienced modelers noted serious discrepancies in sizes. The model was assembled quite easily, although the stretchers, of course, took up most of the assembly time. My Bleriot XI was assembled out-of-the-box, I didn't use figure of Louis Bleriot included in kit because of it was out of scale.
