Dassault Mirage IIIR, Heller 80323

A model of the legendary and very beautiful French jet fighter. First model of Mirage which I had in my hands was a Mirage III from my father's collection, issued in Soviet Union on Frog company moulds. Somewhere near twenty years after I bought this Mirage by Heller and there was a surprise - there were no weapons in the kit. Maybe now I would buy a pair of aftermarket Magic missiles, but those times I decided to choose the only available option to assemble the model from the box, Mirage IIIR reconnaissance airplane, which was armed by pair of guns only. In the result these sharp forms of Mirage were spoiled by this blunt nose with cameras from the R version. Anyway, this model stands in my collection to this day and some other modifications of Mirage also don't have that bullet-shaped nose I like, so it's not that bad.
