Instruction states Option 3 (lo-vis non-CAG bird) is part of VS-31
Option 3 has limited (2) online references. They both suggest VS-35 Blue Wolves.
Decals are lacking a more detailed Blue Wolfs' head as well as VS(-35) indication on aft fuselage and "04" indication on back top tail.

2nd Update
Added some pictures and meanwhile I managed to integrate the Black Dog folded wings set. This was a tedious job. The set looks great but does not fit at all: the parts are just to big and for the money paid, that is a big shame. I already found this vanilla kit to be a sanding and filling candidate have lots of ejector and sink marks as wel as lost and off panel lines. The sanding and filling gets even worse with the folded wing parts.

So once done with most of the sanding and filling, I added some panel lines to both torpedoes and harpoons. Meanwhile I tracked down a 2002 Aero Master set of Lo-Vis decals that seem to reflect the correct colors. A big shout out to Matthew from hobbyworld-usa.com/ for providing me with this set!

I decided to spice up the limitedly detailed torpedo bays and wheel wells with some basic styrene strips. Just because I could.

Also I got myself a mask set to make the best out of the canopy as it is quite eyecatching on this bird. I also considered an aftermarket cockpit but decided that since I would tint the cockpit -like the real one- front row would not be too visible. And second row is hardly to be seen even with clear windows.

3rd Update.
Life is busy. Some progress has been made. Engines have been assembled, interior painted. Again lots of sanding and rescribing required. Did not bother about the seams inside the engines.
Furtermore I decided to try out and create a thin plastic elevated base for the slime lights as I cannot stand the thought they would be solely represented by flat decals.
The same plastic I used to close the gap where the engines are attached to their holders. Cockpit tub is more or less ready. Tried to use Ushi von der Roschen antenna wire as a spiraling black accentuator for the yellow ejection handles. As good as this elastic wire acts as antenna wire, as bad does it in this case, so I aborted that telling myself not much would be visible in the cockpit anyways.
Meanwhile I did add some old 1/48 control panels and painted them as I also could not livbe with having to use the kits instrument decals...
