Heya folks, it's been a while since I've updated this account, I am still around though building has been a LOT slower than I'd hoped this year. I've been working on a late 1941/1942/1943 multi-build USN collection. Unfortunately my back has progressively gotten worse leading to unstable footing, intense pain, numbness, tingling & being forced into using a cane.
I was still walking all over town 2 years ago. Now the missus has to swing our van around to the front of our apartment building so I can hobble my way to it & spend the next several minutes grasping at the armrests while the nerves in my back/bottom & legs finally stop being electrified. It takes some of the fun out of building when you feel like you have electrodes placed at random places on your back, bottom & legs when you're trying to concentrate on parts as small as fly-poo! lol
Still, I'm working on getting that addressed....
I do not keep this account going much. So far my son has been working on easy-to-build 1/72 kits so these 1/48 kits may not need to be obtained (or used) at all. His vision has slightly improved, that is to say that with his glasses he is exactly at the threshold of what is legally blind, as where his prior test showed that he was twice over that. I keep this account for that list & because I'm able to do more editing on this account than my current one. If you want to follow me or hit me up as a friend, my account is Tony May or simply SirTenzan.
