I've considered buying from this company so I'm interested in the build and your views on the quality. It looks like the turret needs quite a lot of cleaning up. Are those defects visible to the naked eye?

Well, these marks on turret are the only weak point. I will upload images once it's covered with mr surfacer. And i took photos with super macro Lens (Xiaomi 12) so that's why it is so visible.

Ps i have two more kits made by this company ill upload later this week

That is resin printing layer separation. They have incorrect printing parameters on this design.
