Yamato Summer 1944

Very nice start. Back in 1993 I built Tamiya's 1/350 Yamato and to this day I still admire it. It's due for a refresh which will be done. Over the summer I completed Tamiya 1/700 Shiano which is basically a flattop Yamato. I used Gold Medal PE on both but honestly on the 1:700 ship the PE wasn't necessary outside of the rails and radar. PE on Yamato is a different story. Good luck completing yours, it's off to a great start.
