For once, I abandoned my usual demanding model building and built a model straight out of the box. But since my "addiction" to modifying kits is at an advanced stage, I ended up making a few minor adjustments after all. 😄

For the Czechoslovakian aircraft, the kit includes instructions and decals for an aircraft in red and white. However, I already have another aircraft in this color combination (Z-526AFS Akrobat). When I was looking for another option, I was intrigued by the OK-MMM aircraft in an attractive combination of blue and silver.
The landing gear design of this aircraft is truly unconventional. I have never seen such landing gear on any other aircraft and have no idea what led the designers to this solution. But given that this aircraft is popular with flying club pilots, they probably have no problem with this landing gear design.
