Interesting approach with the AK marker!
Is that just a specific one, or just one that you have?
Following your progress with interest.

I did the same thing before with acrylic paints - no need to use the primer to check for seams and much faster. AK's markers just sped up the process even more. The colour is just one I got in the set, but I don't use for anything else.

The grey looks indeed a bit on the light side, but if you plan to do a bit off panel line washing and maybe some weathering, it'll become darker anyways.
Good progress 👍🏻

Thank you, guys!
Guido, yeah, it looks much lighter in the photos than it is. And of course you are correct - I expect it to darken even further when applying oil wash.

@Sebastijn does your reference picture (#30) show a special camo or is this the regular one? It looks much darker than the usual photos (and way better... ).

@DerMattes - it is a regular camo. However the photo is a bit underexposed because of the overcast skies and slightly deliberate so the afterburner flame is better seen. I posted it mainly to show the wraparound scheme.

Fantastic result, incredibly dynamic.
How do you rate the Dispae vise? I've been eyeing it but the price ain't low.

Thanks, guys!
@Clement - I bought it on a sale but didn't think I would use it as much, as I do now. A really cool tool to have and it takes almost no space.
@Sergej - po pravici povedano, ga nisem mislil prinest, ker je tak na easy projekt za dušo. Mogoče ga pa prinesem za foro.

You know how much I love the mirage line, and here you just put it together perfectly! Well done to you, the result is breathtaking.
