Steyr M35 ADGZ Heavy Armored Car, Polizei Division, Gdansk, 1939.
The M35 ADGZ armored cars were designed for the Austrian Army and Police. 27 Vehicles were completed between 1935 and 1937. With the 1938 annexation of Austria by Nazi Germany, these vehicles came under control of the German Army.
The M35 ADGZ was an 8 wheeled, all axels driven, armored car armed with a 20mm main gun and 3 MG's and armored to a maximum of 11 mm of hardened steel. It could reach a maximum speed of 45 mph.

Neil Patrick: This is out of box. Actually, it is the wrong kit for a 1939 version. The kit is for vehicles in Russia 1941-43. I tried to back date it by omitting Notek light and jerry cans but the head lights are not right for 1939.

endeuskas: all painting instructions from the kit and decal sheets indicated Dark Grey. I am aware of Polizei Green and hope to find a subject to finish in that color.
