Nice, but a shame about the decal silvering. Are you applying the decals to a matt surface?

I don't recall if I did that or not, but it's possible. I'm slowly making my way back into this hobby that I had when I was a kid and I'm learning something new with every kit. I did this one between the B-25 and the BF-109. I'm trying to get a process down, but sometimes I'll get into a rush and that may have happened here.
