Building the Airfix 1:48 Spitfire Mk.I in a small diorama

With the pilot figure inside, that sufficed for me.

Quite a neat representation, that kit. 

 

With the Bedford MWD and parts of the figure set, I made a small dio, after watching "Battle of Britain" quite some times. 

 

 

I like that spinning prop. It was placed on a well-greased brass rod and spins when air is blown against it. 

 

The dog adds interest and dynamic to the setting.
