Must be one of the most claustrophobic rear cockpits around.... 😉  

And I've got a nice Quinta Studio instrument panel set for it

And I must say: the fit of this kit so far is sublime!

Much better main gear well (very accurate actually) 

There are decals on the sheet in the kit with belts (and there were none in the Quinta set: I got the cheap set), but this is much better :-P

Seats painted and I did some wiring from the rear instrument panel which is attached to the front seat. They still need a bit of weathering though

It's starting to look like plane  

In the mean time this little fella arrived 🙂 Schöpf F59 NATO tow tractor, sadly with quite some transportation damage to that brittle resin. 

With everything attached it's not even thinking about becoming a tail sitter.... good! 🙂
Almost ready for painting 

The paintshop just got a last minute extra customer 😉  

Opening up some of the holes in the wing spars 

The Schöpf F59 tractor meanwhile is nearing completion 🙂 

And same for the Buccaneer: after being felled by with sciatica for a solid week, I finally laid the main coat down. And for once the Hataka paint was not acting up and covered the whole thing in a nice thin layer 

Aaaand the detail painting also mostly done..... ready for varnish and then decals 

Wheel well with the exhaust pipe also turned out nice....will still get some weathering

Almost done: decals are on, leaving only the final clear coat and the finishing bits 

One of the final annoyances: needed to make new locator pins, because the molded on kit pins were way too shallow to be able to align these tanks properly
