Spanish Falcon

We have started the surgical project to insert the resins into the Italeri kit. I can already tell you that it will be complicated and will require a lot of work. 

 

 

The fit of the glue resins is quite acceptable. 

The work of cutting the Italeri kit to integrate the Aliexpress resins is being much more complicated than I thought. In the end, I've only put the noose around my neck... These are bad resins, designed for the Tamiya kit and that I intend to insert into an Italeri kit... too much for me..ja, ja..it's like wanting to mount a BMW engine in an Audi... there's no way... ja, ja... Wish me luck. 

 

A lot of putty and a lot of sandpaper will be needed to accentuate this disaster...and tons of patience and luck ja, ja, 

The integration of resins and kit is being much more complicated than I anticipated 

 

 

 

A little scratch on the ejection seat and the belts and it looks pretty good at this scale. In the cockpit just paint and a little adhesive vinyl for the LED screens 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spanish Air Force tricolor "lizard" base paint with AK Real Color airbrush paints.
First whitewashes to simulate wear caused by the sun. Although the contrasts are very strong now, I have toned them down with a coat of paint diluted to 90%. I will upload photos soon. 

 

Painting the engine 

 

I have tried to paint the emblems of the Spanish Air Force but I don't like the final result. I have tried to tweak and improve them but it doesn't convince me. Well, I sand them with 2500 water-based sandpaper and paint again....I will look for suitable decals
