And again we get the set of real battlefield photos imitating photos of plastic models... Chapeau bas!

Many thanks, mates! Your feedback is very motivating. - As I like more building models than creating terrain I have put my new model onto an older base. - The kit is basically not bad, for proper fit of the larger parts though there was same bending, cutting and sanding required. And: worst instruction manual I´ve ever worked with. Quite a few omissions (parts were shown built in without showing how and when) and many wrong numbers.

One of the Pics in my Iraq Album is a Cougar that hit an IED and rolled over, those things are tough bastards! gotta get ya some wire guides over that cat, or it would snag low wires. LOL !

Thanks a lot, mates! Your feedback is much appreciated! - Bob, your pictures and infos are very interesting. I suppose these wire guides are to avoid tearing down low hanging telephone and electricity wires. By the way I´m not sure about the kit´s decals for this vehicle. Were there navy Cougars?

Yes, it was for low wires, my Album has a good pic of their "wire grid" and I almost killed an Iraqi cop by snagging a wire on my 240B. There were Navy Cougars in Iraq, but I saw was them mostly in Afghanistan.

Wünderbar!
Your builds are always a treat - it's like watching a series you like on Netflix - except you don't have to wait 2+ years for the next diorama!
