The clear coat is Tamiya from a spray can. Try the Tamiya thinner with a cotton bud?

if the part can be removed, you can certainly try to clean it with alcohol for example.

precies. maar, als dat mogelijk is, beter testen, bijvoorbeeld met de sprue.
