Thanks a lot dear mates! Added today a couple of pictures with the first steps: I'm scratchbuilding the inner cockpit, in order to make it similar to the Romanian one, and I started preparing the parts for the engine.

Seeing around in the last days several Mig-21s perfectly made, I resumed this project, continuing working on the cockpit.

I'm struggling a bit to insert the cockpit correctly into the two fuselages... Tonight I think I've found a good compromise. I hope to be able to seal the fuselage soon, including the jet engine.

I closed the fuselage halves, and did a dry test of the wings. The fit is very good, I need to improve some assemblies 🙂 ps Until now I didn't realize how "tiny" the plane was in 1/72!
