Well I am a Chinese modeler.As I know,the TOUCAN is a sub-brand of Zimi,as the name of their official store on taobao:am985cbhsfk96kjwylsrqa7hm6qpqer.taobao.com/
After the Panda/Kitty Hawk closed down, Zimi acquired a large number of molds from Pande,including the ZTZ-99A.This time they just add these new parts,called Version 1.0.
