Hello All! I was fortunate to purchase this kit at a convention, in 2024. This is a re-box of the original Heller kit (notes inside say "moulded in France") by Paramount- Neither the box nor the plans indicate scale, but a comparison with scale drawings of other ships shows it is 1/150. includes 2 sheets of vac-form sails and the usual Heller black plastic. Very fine molded details for hull & decorations, but also the usual grossly oversized deck planking,{where did they find so many 8 foot thick trees?} The lanterns are open cage & very nice, if delicate. The plans are good, if VERY dated [60's] and will need research for accurate rigging. The ship would have been dated between 1650 to 1690, so i would advise "Seventeenth century Rigging" by R.C. Anderson- I will try to post Plans & box art, Cheers!
