Comments
I've been disapointed with this airbrush : found some issue on mine > the needle protrudes too far forward the head while assembled, the spray of paint is low to go out and imprecise.
It's a strange anomaly which I am going to report to the manufacturer.

Hi Roger,
Coming back.
Thanks for your informations !
Good for you, you 're going on the right way with it. I' m happy yours correctly works.
As you certainly know, Ammomig airbrushes are made by Badger company (USA).
I like their airbrushes while they are not the best ones on the market because of some issues when unboxing them : Yes, I have had some problem with my Aircobra five years ago when discovering it : needle and nozzle parts were too strong fitted, the oil on parts was sticky, the airbrush unable to use.
As you, I had to clean it entirely (except valve air inlet), I damp the parts in petroleum solution then lubrificating them and re mounting... but today it works perfectly, and I never change its needle nor nozzle.
And again as you say, far better than several Chinese Sh... I bought during the 10 last years.
So a very good airbrush, an all-round one (priming, coating, details, varnishing) ; I love it.
Unfortunately, I did not meet the same success with my Airviper.
I made several tests on the last days and it still refuse to work. disassembling, re-assembling, cleaning, greasing, fitting a new nozzle...
Nothing blow out from it. Incomprehensible.
I'm sure the airbrush body is Ok. The issue certainly comes from the nozzle / nozzle cap junction ; I have now bubble in the cup when using it.
The only thing i haven't tried yet is changing the needle, because mine seems to be in good condition.
I would have to buy a new complete kit (nozzle + needle + nozzle cap guard), but because I 'm afraid of loosing money I hesitate !
Please let me know about your next experiences with it, I appreciate.
On my part I'll let you know if I fix the problem.
Best regards
