Sukhoi Su-39 Frogfoot, Zvezda 7217

Sukhoi Su-39 is an upgraded Su-25 Frogfoot attack aircraft with enhanced night and all-weather combat capabilities and widened array of air-to-surface guided missiles. The airframe of Su-39 was based on trainer version of Su-25, Su-25UB. Su-39 wasn't put in serial production because Su-25SM modernization program was choosen to upgrade the Russian Frogfoot fleet. The model of Su-39 from Zvezda is of medium/good quality and includes variants of armament for this plane. The decal is for only one exhibition plane and without any stencils. I used variant of decals from Zvezda company magazine "Bench Modelism" where they included additional decals for their kits. My Su-39 was made out off the box and brush painted in three-colored camo scheme.
