IS-2 restauration (now with a diorama base !)

a complete rewamp of my IS-2 from 2022. This was my first serious attempt at modifying a kit (adding textures, battle damage, weld beads, stowage and so on) but it had major flaws (the color was wrong, my painting techniques were not on point yet, I hadn't found my "style" etc) so I decided to give this old model a complete overall. I bought some metal tracks and PE fenders, I remade the entire stowage with some resin accesories. I also upgraded the textures and weldbeads.

as for the painting I used a much more vivd 4BO green with a lot of yellow tones into it rather than the almost grey color of the old one. Overall I really like this model and I think it has a certain charm with it being a restaured model.
