Dornier Do-18D-2 Wehrmacht Luftwaffe

I haven't quite decided if I'm going to try to reproduce the markings from the Matchbox kit & build a Do-18G-1 or if I want to just go my own way to produce this K6+HL bird. There is some errata with the Matchbox decals in either case. Atop the wings inboard of the giant crosses are the yellow letters; This is not accounted for on the decal sheet. I haven't seen a similar view of K6+HL but it's from the same unit so I imagine it to likely be the same. Neither one appears to have the fuselage codes under the wings. However I don't have any photos to back this up either?

There are NO aftermarkets, apart from the masks & beaching gear, for this aircraft so I will be digging back into my roots & scratch building her interior like I used to do in the old days. It'll be time consuming but nostalgia inducing so it's all good!
