I have not got an answer to my question by mail or contact form, tried in English and Polish.
I ordered and got a tracking number a while ago, but this is nowhere known 🙁 According to web site they ship with Poczta Polska, but there it told me the number is in wrong format

shadowlightIch hatte vor ca. 2 Monaten mal eine Anfrage per Mail in englisch geschrieben - bisher ohne eine Antwort. Habe dann woanders gekauft.

bughunter AuteurLuckily I paid with PayPal - if they do not answer I will call my money back.
That shop is the totally opposite behavior to Super-Hobby.de, also in Poland, Totally customer friendly, quick, helpful, answering questions and much more. But they do not had the kit I was looking for.

Erik OffAm 2. Feb mit einem Kumpel für insgesamt rund 200€ bestellt, angeblich alles lieferbare Sachen. Bis heute nichts bekommen, allerdings sind die Bausätze teilweise auch immer noch nicht am Markt. Noch habe ich Hoffnung...
Website und Kommunikation sind auch unterirdisch.

Automatische Mails kommen ja, alles die gleiche email-Adresse. Ich hatte gehofft, daß der Shop eine weitere email-Adresse hat, auf die geantwortet wird.
Immerhin ist bei mir der angezeigte Bestand um meine Bestellung runtergegangen, also kann ich auhc noch hoffen ...

Does the login work for you? I always have to reset the password, the site doesn't take my selected one.

bughunter AuteurYeah, it still shows the LOGIN button after my successful login, but the menu behind this button changed. If I go to my orders the parcel is shown as "Sent" but I think is has not gone out yet.

bughunter AuteurOkay, miracles still happen. Today my kits arrived!
The website states that they are sending the parcel via Polish Post at the international rate. But the post office did not know the format of the tracking number. It was only announced at DHL for a week - then it was handed over to DHL in Görlitz on the German-Polish border and reached me quickly. This way, of course, they saved shipping costs.
Anyway, I'm happy now but a shop MUST react to emails!

Psssst! that won't be revealed yet! It was a kit that I could only find in Europe there and I wanted to avoid the additional costs of customs and DHL handling charges for ordering in Asia.
